Approach
Compassionate mental health services provided by a licensed and
registered mental health care professional. As a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC), I assist my clients by providing talk therapy, speculative diagnosis, coaching, and more. I understand that you’re seeking counselling likely because you’re struggling or feeling lost. I have more of a direct approach than your typical counsellor. My feedback from clients tend to be that they enjoy the direct approach rather than beating around the bush or focusing solely on how you feel. I focus on long-term, goal-oriented talk therapy style sessions that take a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. The goal is to change patterns of thinking or behaviours that are causing difficulties in your life, and in doing so change the way you act and feel overall. My approach takes a lot more into account than traditional therapy or counselling. Together, we dive deep and will focus on your whole life — Your mental health, biochemistry, physical health, relationships, self-esteem, etc… I use an integrated approach, based on Attachment Theory, and utilizing CBT, ACT, DBT, and Somatic Experiencing to help align you with your goals. I specialize in the treatment of Trauma, PTSD, Stress, and Anxiety.
Providing you with a safe space to heal
All of your sessions will take place in a soothing private office environment with fully private rooms and individualized care. Virtual sessions are also available.

Our office is conveniently located in downtown Kelowna, BC. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with virtual therapy. We offer therapeutic sessions North America wide.
